CHILL EDITION — Restaurant in Kaunas

Jack of all trades and master of none Staff 2/5: horribly understaffed for the lunch-rush. Quite a bit of costumer service training needs to be done. Borderline rude, but thats to be expected when staff is stomped with costumers and understaffed. Atmosfere 1/5: Loud beach-bar/club music and the interior seems to be designed for no one in particular whilst trying to please everyone. Random bits and pieces of decoration combined with water damaged walls and constantly screeching door hinges really makes you feel like at a place with no real purpose. Food 2/5: Prices are fair for this area of town but the selection is way to broad. The wait was 20 painstaking minutes. And what was brought is ok at best. In-house rootbeer seemed way too sweet and maybe even watered down. The food itself wasn’t anything special. Overall: While trying to accommodate everyone the establishment doesn’t do anything well. There were contradictions in the menu (dishes have recommended sauces on the side but they don’t actually exist as an option) I wouldn’t recommend eating here (perhaps the take-out option is better). It would only take extra staff, different, quieter music and some light repairs to bump it up to a 4-star rating. I really hope to see some improvement or this won’t be a work lunch and take-out place thats ONLY...

Everything was great! Especially the chicken burger. It was hands down one of the best if not the best chicken burger I have ever tried. The burger itself if perfectly designed- the combination and high quality of ingredients just speaks for themselves. The size of the portion is fantastic, the price is very reasonable. This quality for the price is a bargain!!! You have to wait a bit, but burger just must have been prepared properly and the bit of wait was absolutely worth every minute. Not Tasty. Feels like that meals are made from ingredients with expired use by dates. Service is also not great. Rude faces of waiters. Longer wait time. The prices are also at the higher level of all ordinary dinning places in a few kilometers reach.

Updating to one star. As vegetables were already spoiled. My stomach feels...
