Pizza&Grill Trakai — Restaurant in Trakai

Ordered via the phone. They said I had to wait long time (30 or 40 minutes), came on time, maybe a bit later and I was told to wait another 15 minutes because (these are the real words of a bossy guy at the bar): "client ordering in the restaurant is MORE important". I was led to believe that it is not first ordered first served. Good luck with that. Never coming back (local occasional client). I just had a problem with our family member she felt so sick and we was near by, so I jumped in to this restaurant describing our problem and was asking for a cup of warm water, all staff was very friendly and helped us so quickly and was very professional about that. I am more than happy to leave this review and wish all restaurants would be al understanding like they was today. Don't let the name of the restaurant fool you into thinking this is an average pizza place. The menu has a ton of variety and they serve all the traditional Lithuanian foods as well as snacks. Lots of dessert and drinks options as well. There is a large sun room where you can enjoy your meal in the sunshine. Airinga was my waitress and despite a language barrier she was super friendly and the service was fast. Definitely...
