Café Beim Frank — Restaurant in Diekirch

Around the distinct fountain in Diekirch, you'd find so many cafés to enjoy the beautiful atmosphere with a beer or a cup of coffee ☕ We selected this café to sit inside and have a good talk away from the harsh sun of summer ☀ It was cooled well and the colors and lighting of the place were very suitable to enjoy a conversation with your partner while looking at the view of the fountain in the square ⛲ The staff was very nice and friendly. They spoke fluent English and were quite considerate of our wishes. The beer mugs have various sizes and it's fun to drink from the big mug 🍻 I grabbed a glass of sparkling water and they threw a slice of lemon in it to provide a distinct taste 🍋 We ordered spaghetti 🍝 and veggies soup 🍲 The soup was excellent! Very well-spiced and rich in flavor👌🏻 And they asked us whether we'd like to have it before the spaghetti or after. Bread was served next to the soup 🥪 The spaghetti was perfect as well! Thr bathrooms were very clean, well-served, and there was a place to change baby diaper when required 🚻 The music selection could be improved by harmonizing the genre. While visiting Diekirch to see my great grandfather's home, I found this gem of a restaurant. I arrived in town after 2pm, when most restaurants were closed. I was referred to this lovely place and I'm so glad because our experience was wonderful. The server was sweet and welcoming, and patient with our many questions.
