Chez Jasmin — Restaurant in Esch-sur-Alzette

It's a small restaurant, but treasures don't need to be big to be worthy.

I came in late and asked for take-away. I was welcomed warm and friendly.

The ordered food was cooked in no time and I also got (I discovered this back in the hotel) some rice-cracker on top. When I was about to leave - I also got chopsticks for free. (I could choose between a fork an chopsticks - I didn't think about it, but she did.)

So in short - this place is a treasure you shouldn't miss. Friendly personnel, tasty food and no waiting time at all, because they are quick.

The restaurant itself isn't that small, so you could bring some friends here. (It just made the opening for this review better 😉)

The price isn't very much different compared to other Chinese or mandarin restaurants, but the food and atmosphere is way above the average Chinese restaurants in Luxembourg. Most dishes are good. Only complaint is that the portions tends to be a little smaller...

À fuir absolument ! La pire commande de ma vie. Les scampis étaient une horreur totale : soi-disant au sel et au poivre, mais complètement sur-assaisonnés, immangeables, et la panure avait un goût infect, comme du vieux mouton pourri. Le riz ? Sec, dur, rassis, comme s’il avait traîné plusieurs jours. La soupe vermicelle ? Une insulte : des nouilles molles dans un bouillon chimique dégoûtant, probablement une vieille poudre Knorr, avec à peine un morceau de poulet (si on peut appeler ça du poulet).
