OpusMer Seafood n'picanha — Restaurant in Esch-sur-Alzette

Not impressed at all. The Picanha was totally overdone. Twice the waiter came and served my companion first, with slices from the bigger chunks of meat from the top of the skewer, serving me overdone slices from the smaller chunks below. Not very thoughtful. For a third serving, I specially requested it not quite so much done... well, it came back almost dripping raw... from one extreme to the other. At the exorbitant prices i feel like I can do better, despite the nice setting. See pictures for yourself - one with flash, one without. They show a piece of overdone, dry and chewy meat I couldn't finish along with a piece of dripping red raw meat, when all I wanted was the yummy inbetween I never got. Great place, good atmosphere. Food was good. I had the sea food with rice but I almost found it to be to seafoody.. and for sure the quantity was to much and a lot was wasted. I would go again but not recommend that unless you can't ever get your fill of the sea. Wife had the Tbone and it was great. Friends had the meats that come around and were...

That's not a cosy place, but you will have a very good service (I've been there many times and only once I was disappointed). What I really think could be improved is food quality. For what we can get, it's expensive. But you can have your own experience, having a Brazilian speciality (picanha), some interesting Portuguese specialities....
