The quality of the ice-cream is good but today the service was dreadful. I asked for an affogato ice-cream which is duly listed in the menu and I was told by the staff (three times) that this is something they cannot serve as she never hear of it before! During this surreal discussion another member of the staff explained the women who was serving me what an affogato is and she finally got it. But it is not over! When it was my girlfried's turn to order she asked for the same and the waitress (the same one who found out about the existance of affogato) asked how many balls. We said three. When she served us the affogato my girfriend did not receive the coffee which normally goes with it and we asked for it but we where told "If you ask for thee balls ice-cream affogato you're not entitled anymore to the coffee" What's rule is that? Then why did she ask how many balls we want? One we finally sat down in the terrace another waitress came along and started cleaning all the tables with a detergent which is a good thing but we were still eating! Smell was so intense we had to leave. They really need to train their staff. So fed up of...

Good ice-cream, bad service, unfriendly. Just went there again today with my 4 year old daughter. I ordered a small cup of ice-cream, chocolate and strawberry. The unfriendly employee just said very briefly "we are out of strawberry". Ok, I then asked for melon instead. Answer "no melon". Then I asked for yogurt ice instead of melon. Which finally was available. Then the price 4.50 euro. I asked why? A small cup is 3.00 not 4.50. She replied in a very ugly and unfriendly way "you wanted to have chocolate and yogurt. If you want two different kinds you must buy the bigger cup". What is the problem to tell me right at the beginning? As I went to this shop many times and every time there was a problem with something, I decided to refuse to buy the ice-cream this time. It was difficult to explain to my daughter. But I cannot accept this ugly, unfriendly and ignorant behavior of the staff of this shop anymore. We went out without any ice-cream. I will never go there again and will also tell everyone not to go there. Good ice but worst...

My first choice was strawberry-orange sorbet and hazelnut ice cream. I liked strawberry-orange sorbet for its perfect sour-sweet balance, colour and cramy consistence. The hazelnut, though, taste was a little flat and too sweet, in my opinion.

After the first trial, I decided to try their own tastes and found vespuci ice-cream absolutely delicious and beautiful. First, the look, on the base of cream-white dark brown swirls and mellange of lighter brown around. The brown is a figs souce and honey blend. Second, the taste, clear, distinct taste of dried figs, with milder honey notes, and cream taste in the background.

The prices are in the high range even for Luxembourg city, though it was worth every euro cent.

I decided to sit inside, and it felt very crowded. Maybe it was because of the time, around 1400, Sunday. Otherwise the shop is located on a very quiet street in an area a bit remote...
