MAGGOTS BY THE WINDOW!!! Unfortunately, my recent visit to this particular Starbucks location was deeply disappointing, meriting only a one-star review due to several critical issues.

Firstly, the food quality was subpar. I ordered a sausage roll, expecting the usual well-prepared and tasty snack. However, what I received was severely undercooked—the puff pastry was noticeably white and doughy, indicating it hadn't been baked properly. This not only affected the taste and texture but also raised concerns about food safety standards being properly met.

Cleanliness, a fundamental aspect of any dining or coffee shop experience, was another major issue. About 20 minutes into my visit, I noticed a group of maggots wriggling beside my chair. This shocking discovery was not only off-putting but highlighted severe hygiene issues that need...

Cashier took my order- I Ordered one passion fruit tea without ice and one grapefruit flavored tea with ice, and two cafe mochas. Seemed simple . I was served the passion tea with ice first . Wrong. Since it was New Year’s Day I decided to accept the tea and get the other one without ice. I got home and started to drink the tea without ice- it was without grapefruit, without honey. I paid for colored water

To top things off I decided to get my planner and travel book (1 each) from this branch. Cashier asked me twice to make sure I was clear about my choice . She explained they could not change them once they are punched in . She turned the samples towards me and pointed to my choices for clarification. I got home and discovered they gave me the wrong color.
