It has been many years since my visit. I was sailing back to the Caribbean with my husband on our yacht. We found Chez Tantine by lucky accident and was amazed at the quality of food produced in their basic kitchen. So memorable I had to make a review even if it’s over 10 years late. Thank you and it’s great to see you are still in operation. I copy your Salade Tomate recipe often. Lovely Malagasy restaurant, rooftop terrace with view on the ocean. Food is delicious and the prices are fair. They are getting the seafood directly from the local fishers, for me the best place to eat fresh fish in town! It’s a little hidden, you have to go through a small ally, turn left and go up the stairs, but so much worth it!

Only downside, it’s not very accessible, but staff is really friendly and you can probably preorder...
