Relatively 'new' place occupying the space of a kopitiam near Taman Industri Pandan Indah. Had our usual 4 dishes - chicken, pork, tofu and greens.
Superior Soup Chicken - Thought that this will come in a soup form but came stir-fried 😅 Apparently the 'superior soup' is really the chicken stock itself so basically it's stir fry chicken in chicken stock. Chicken is Very flavourful and well stir-fried. Came with some julienned ginger and tasted heavy on sesame oil, thus reminding me more of a rice wine chicken minus the alcoholic taste
Tofu - Named as their signature tofu on the menu. One of the super underwhelming dish of all cos it's basically pan-fried seafood tofu - like those you get from the frozen food section and hotpot. Not worth it, in my opinion.
Spinach with Goji berry - Alright dish, nothing special. Greens were fresh although stems were quite fibrous. Goji berries added some sweetness to the overall dish so it's a great complement to the chicken and pork which were quite heavy on taste
Claypot Pork Ribs - Liked this the best out of the four. Super flavourful and well-cooked. Sauce was nicely caramelised and coated all the ribs well. Each piece of ribs have decent amount of tender meat and the pot comes with both ribs and meat with soft bones.
