Understood the situation for bakery here because the customer and crowd not like in the shopping mall. It's totally depend on your luck, if you unlucky need to wait around 20 minutes for freshly baked one. It's consider unlucky also you no need to wait but the get cold and unfresh one. You are lucky if can get fresh from oven but this very rare once...

Came here in the morning about 10.30am and there were fresh rotiboy waiting for customers. The place which is inside the Petron petrol station was clean and comfortable and the Rotiboy staff was very friendly and pleasant. Will sure come again to buy my favourite buttery buns. Keep up the good work and...

Rotiboy memang sedap dan fresh untuk cawangan ni.

Just nak bagi suggestion, if boleh untuk bukak lebih awal sikit dalam 8.30pagi kerana ada orang office datang untuk beli roti ni sebagai breakfast mereka. Ada seorang pekerja lelaki tu (tak sure duty dia bila, but selalu sy datang Jumaat dia ada), dia sangat bagus, sebelum pukul 9pagi banyak Rotiboy stock dia buat, happy sy beli untuk kawan office juga. Sekali beli 20-30 pcs.

Dan nak highlight kat sini ada seorang pekerja lelaki (duty pagi ni) da pukul 8.50 pagi pun, 1 stock Rotiboy pun tak ada. SELALU kena dengan budak ni, order sehari sebelum pun, dia tak inform kat partner duty untuk esok. Nasib baik kena pada budak yang rajin tu, dapat jugalah stock roti yang fresh tu. Mungkin tuan punya kedai boleh tengok...
