I've really enjoyed your bread and cakes since 2023 — the quality and taste are excellent. However, the heat inside the store has always been a major issue for me. I'm someone who sweats easily, and the high temperature makes it uncomfortable to stay long and choose what to buy. I've also noticed the staff often working while drenched in sweat, which is concerning. When I brought friends to visit the shop, they also complained about how hot it was inside. Honestly, it left a much less favorable impression overall. I truly hope you can improve the indoor temperature. It would make a big difference for both customers and your hardworking...

I am a regular in this shop more than 2 years.. I always buy royal chocolate swiss roll and it's old and not fresh at least one day ...and i know that it's not always fresh. A regular customer for GBB, they have nice cake & bread but super disappointing customer service. The star is given to the services. I had ordered a customized cake that cost RM190 then they don't provide candles & birthday topper & the staff not even helpful to assist to put on the topper on top of the cake.
