This eatery failed the non-smoking test poorly. Patrons were seen vaping inside the eatery premise but was not stop by the workers. I Don't blame the workers for they fear being scolded. I put the blame squarely on the eatery owner and MPAJ. The smokers know city councils enforcement officers won't be out and about during the night.. So why bother to follow rules. To all the kuey teow lovers out there, Good Friends Restaurant is an absolute game changer! A good friend of mine recommended this shop while I was craving for a GOOD kuey teow, and trust me the food served was beyond my expectations. Each mouthful was really delicious. Restoran Good Friends in Pandan Perdana occupies a few shop lots opposite of each other. This is a Chinese food shop with multiple stalls. There are quite a lot of options to choose from.
