KFC Taman Putra — Restaurant in Ampang Jaya Municipal Council

Unsatisfactory delivery experience involving your staff from KFC Taman Putra. I noticed that the app marked the delivery as "Delivered." However, there was no sign of anyone knocking on our door. I even phoned the KFC Taman Putra branch twice, but the line appeared to be engaged, and no one answered.

As a final attempt, I visited the branch, but to my surprise, I found the delivered food hanging outside on a fragile pipe near our doorstep. This is unacceptable behaviour, as there are many foreigners residing in my flat area, and anyone could have stolen the unguarded meals. Additionally, if the pipe were to break due to your staff's negligence in hanging heavy items on it, I would not hesitate to claim compensation for piping damages. Would your management be able to refund my purchase if the meals had been stolen?

Lastly, I ordered Sprite without ice, as indicated on the receipt, but instead, I received Coke with ice.

Please escalate this matter to your management for immediate action. Thank you.

I am extremely upset with the service my parents received at KFC. They went to KFC Taman putra ampang branch today and they were unfamiliar with the self-service kiosk machine. Instead of receiving any guidance or assistance, the staff member there rudely scolded them for not knowing how to use the machine.

It’s frustrating to see staff treating customers this way, especially when it's clear that many people, particularly older customers, may not be as familiar with new systems. KFC should be prioritizing customer service, not making people feel bad for needing a little help. This experience has definitely left a bad impression

7.04pm April 4th, 2022. Taman Putra KFC served unfresh and rotten fried chickens. Ordered 9 pieces of ala-carte fried chickens and a Zinger Burger, from this KFC outlet in Taman Putra. Took back home for family members' consumption. All my family members said and complain all the fried chickens were not fresh, rotten and very very salty (to mask the unfresh meat)...anyone who is having the same experience pls voice out...consumers are paying a hefty amount in return for rotten chickens. No joke. Still got leftover chicken meat. What happened to the food quality of this well known...
