I had a very unpleasant experience at the ZUS Coffee outlet in Taman Putra Ampang. I had already selected a paper bag and straw when placing my order through the app, but when I arrived to pick up my drink and asked for the paper bag, the staff responded with a very rude attitude.
He told me in an unfriendly tone that the paper bag should be added before placing the order. When I explained that I had already done so, he gave me a displeased look and reluctantly said “OK” in a very dismissive manner.
Customer service is just as important as the product itself, and unfortunately, the poor attitude of the staff really left a bad impression. I hope the management looks into this and trains their staff to treat customers with basic courtesy...
