Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Ampang Jaya Municipal Council

So so... I appreciate the smile and efforts by the one taking order, only slight error was i asked for regular he punched personal pan size....

The unpleasant experience was when the staff instructed sternly no smile nothing to go elsewhere after i ordered take outs simply because customers aren't allowed to sit at dine in area.

The fact is: only very limited seats for people waiting for take outs the outlets are barely having customers only 3 tables are occupied or may be 4 the rest are empty no customers are waiting for their seats anyway unfriendly and no smiles perhaps id say very arrogant (never have courtesy saying sorry ma'am this is for dine in table only as part of sop and the chairs for those ordering take out are full can you please step. Outside??? But instead waiting chair full and this is for dine in only with sour long face no apology nothing). very bad ratings for this only female staff manning the floor on 15 Jan...

Absolutely fantastic family lunch at Pizza Hut today! From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure everyone, especially the kids, felt right at home.
