Victoria Home Sentrio Suites — Hotel in Kuala Lumpur

The facilities is good, everything was new, but I was quite disappointed with their management. First, the car park was not open to public, in order to access the carpark, you need register and obtain the visitors pass at the lobby, and they need to hold your driving license until your car leave the car park and return the pass to them. furthermore, the attitude of the staff make me quite not confidence to leave the driving license to them. Second,the elevator was malfunction during the first day I visit, the elevator suddenly free fall for 1-2second, which was quite scary for me.And then the staff and guard looks like quite unhappy when we have any enquiry.Lastly, a cockroach appear in my bedroom, which make me feel more...

I check out today from Victoria home I got suite with three bedrooms. it was the best choice that I ever got. The suite is big, quite to rest , so clean, sheets and pillow are soft, water shower good so strong, the wonderful view of the city, the unit has all facilities microwave,oven, fridge, kitchen stuff, washmashine,wifi,,..... it has parking, security and very good location. I will return to Victoria...
