I would like to share my feedback regarding my experience at your outlet. I placed an order at 1 pm but had to wait 45 minutes to receive it. I understand it was peak hour, but what’s disappointing is that there was only one barista working at that time.

I do not blame the barista because it’s clearly not their fault; this is an issue with management. During lunch hour, when there are many customers, there should be more staff to ensure smooth service. I felt sorry for the barista as they had to deal with other frustrated customers and kept apologising to everyone.
