Worst outlet ever, just close it. Atleast foodpanda will find and sent from other nearest outlet. 🤦‍♀️ Few weeks back, I ordered from kfc app and they literally took 3 hours to deliver my food until I got so mad and went to self pick up (their reason was thirdparty foodpanda rider - no one came to pick up) seriously if no one wants to pick up what happen to our own delievry service??? Don't tell me you going to keep the food the whole day until someone pickup. Atleast, sent via lalamove or other 3rd party service la, use your critical thinking skills pls....n today I ordered the ayam percik, OMG is tooo damn small and can fit the coleslaw tupperware 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ is not even worth RM17 plus...moreover the chicken was not even fresh. Please take some action, this is so annoying. No friendly staff or quality...

To the branch manager, please take a look on your workers food handling. Ive eat products from your branch twice this year (April 2023, August 2023), and both were contaminated. First with foul smell fried chicken. Second are yesterday, with mild diarrhea few hours after eating (KFC was the only food I ate past 24 hours). Mind to know, there are some contaminated food that didnt come out with foul smell or changing in food colour.

I believe KFC has strong Food Quality Management, as well as Halal. and I knew how well they are on developing training, sops and so on. Its up to the manager to manage your branch with the standards that has...

Packaging was all good, portion is fine, nasi lemak sambal curry all good.

But, the drinks it seems putting overnight, can’t taste the gas at all. (Adakah anda nampak gas Kat air cola dalam gambar? ) The chicken is the worst part, no crunchy, cold when I received it from delivery, and it seems not fresh ‘look at the photo from the meat surface’

I didn’t continue to ‘finish’ the drink and chicken. I only finish the nasi lemak. Wasted my money!!!!! 💆🏻
