Customer service here, I will give -5 stars, too bad. First, not all staff are bad, but I will follow the Malay idiom: “kerana nila setitik, rosak susu sebelanga.”

So, around 10:44 AM, 28/08/2025, I was buying a Red Bull energy drink. I went to the counter to pay for it.

The cashier there, whom I’ll call “Makcik,” didn’t even greet me properly with a smile or anything—just a plain “ya” with a stupid face.

Then I asked her a simple question, in a proper and polite tone: “Mini Ferrari dekat belakang tu berapa harga?” She replied, “tak jual,” again with that same stupid face, no smile or anything.

I don’t remember if she said thank you after checkout, but I think she didn’t.

If I were a cashier, I would ask the customer if they wanted a receipt or simply hand it to them.

I was waiting for a bit, but she just stood there stupidly until I had to ask for a receipt myself.

Can’t you just give or at least ask the customer if they want a receipt?

To me, the cashier has a lot of flaws despite her age. Shell, kindly fire her immediately because that bad staff member is going to...

This was my favourite to go petrol station, and the staffs are so friendly, and the place is so comfortable. However, am incident just happened yesterday, which one of the staff helped me to pump petrol, and total 72++ litre, and I was shiok when I paid the money.

And I went back home, to check online to confirm my fuel tank capacity which max is only 65litre. And hence I went back to the station and check with the staff, and on duty manager approached me, told me there wasn’t a mistake they have done, cctv shown there wasn’t leakage during petrol pump.

And to solve the issue, he said, to call me back after hr check with his manager. BUT, he didn’t even want to take my mobile number but asked me to call in to check myself.

This Shell station very annoying due to unnecessary noises created by Indian workers with their wistles. The toilet also very dirty and not taken care off. The workers should spend more time cleaning up the toilet instead of blowing wistles...
