๐ŸฒJun 2024 Pan Mee Dry๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ’ธ6 Spinach Pan Mee๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ’ธ7 I returned to the stall specifically to try the pan mee, which I missed during my last visit. The boss's generosity is evident in the pan mee, which comes piled high like a mountain with fresh ingredients. The crispy fried anchovies add a delightful crunch, while the abundance of cangkuk manis and black fungus rounds out the dish perfectly. Make sure to add plenty of sambal chili and mix it thoroughly for an extra kick. Trust me, this is the cheapest and best pan mee you can find in Miri.

๐ŸตJun 2024 Teo Chew Laksa๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ’ธ8 This stall is renowned for its kolomee and laksa, particularly if you're seeking authentic Teo Chew style Sarawak Laksa. In March 2024, the lady boss announced her retirement and closed the stall. However, she returned after two months for unknown reasons. Since then, the stall's operation has been sporadic, opening only occasionally depending on her availability. Today, I was fortunate enough to find the stall open. The laksa featured big, fresh, undressed shrimp and a flavorful laksa gravy. To achieve the perfect balance and kick, the dish must be paired with the sambal belacan. The combination of fresh ingredients and rich flavors made it a memorable meal. The broth itself is a well-crafted blend of spices, coconut milk, and herbs, creating a creamy and aromatic base. Each spoonful delivers a complex depth of flavor that is both comforting and...

No doubt this is the best Chi Cheong Fun in Miri, possibly even in Sarawak! The handmade Cheong Fun is so impressive, pouring out the rice liquid onto the hot steamer, and wiping down the thin piece of Cheong Fun in just a few seconds. The short timing control is so perfect until the texture is so soft and melted in my mouth. Must try their Tou Pok version also, the crispy Toufu mix in the Cheong Fun make it has wonderful flavour and hint. It is...
