Good atmosphere, food is good! However, it is a shame that the manager was not fair to the employee.

I would say, food is quite slow.. ordered 5 Kolok Mee.. only 4 arrived. And the 4 was not come at the same time, it was 1 by 1. Other food as well, coming 1 by 1, and they took quite some time, that we need to cancel other food which was ordered, cause the food are very slow..

Due to that, as we canceled our food at the cashier, we checked if our food already prepared, if not, we want to take the order away and not wanting to wait for the remaining order anymore.

No issue on our cancellation, however, without checking the food if they are prepared or not, the manager just stated that the waiter who was handling our table will bear the cost of the food that not arrived.. which we felt is unfair.

First, she have not checked if the food is already prepared.. second, without checking, she just stated that the waiter will bear the cost. We feel bad that the waiter might not get her pay for the day or 2. It is a shame that we forgot exactly which waiter handled our table. It is also unfair cause, the order was ordered through a paper we wrote, not like that waiter checked through one by one on our order, until we checked with a random waiter on which food is out and which is not for us to proceed with our cancellation.

We believe anything can be discussed.. but the manager was not being considerate to her own team. Just hope the employees can have a better...

Fancy 2-storey air-conditioned restaurant with quite a few events every year. Good Chinese menu, a serious Western menu (not just steaks and pasta)* and desserts, plus dim sum during the day. A bar is available. There's even a high tea section upstairs.

Family friendly, but may sometimes be noisy depending on what events are being held. A shaded garden section is available beside the main entrance, nice to chill at when the weather is cool. Get a table or a room upstairs if you prefer to have some privacy. It is recommended to make reservations for dining here on special weekends. It's chilly in this restaurant's air-conditioned restrooms.

The waitress came 20 mins after we placed order for drinks. She informed that the drinks we ordered was sold out. We have no choice but to order for other drinks. Waited for another 25mins, the waitress came and put the drinks that she said sold out in front of me. I clarified with her whether she made us double order for drinks. She said, the drinks that she put on the table in front of me was not mine. The problem is none of any of my relatives ordered this drinks!!!

The services is damn Worst!!! I can't imagine how this restaurant can take 45mins to prepare the drinks. Come on, it is not fancy drinks. Just an iced honey lemon green tea. It is ridiculous!!!!!

Nothing is special on the food. The room is WARM too.

Never come back again.
