Had such a great time at Borneo Lounge & Bar at Shangri-La Tanjung Aru! The place has a chill and cozy vibe, perfect for winding down with good drinks.

What really made the night special were the staff, especially Velinda and Hafiy. They were super friendly, attentive, and just overall awesome. Velinda made us feel so welcome from the moment we walked in, and Hafiy was always on point with service, making sure we had everything we needed.

You can really feel the genuine hospitality here. Huge thanks to both of them for making our visit so memorable. Can’t wait...
