Taste wise - nyaman especially the chicken buffalo, BUT beef patty for don cheese VERY DRY & NOT JUICY AT ALL (mcm patty dh dimasak lamak).
Price wise - affordable but what stated on the board sik sama dgn yg di order. Kat menu board buffalo chicken 12pcs RM17.90. Tapi bila order sampe cuma 6pcs. Tyk dgn cashier baruk nya mdh ada 6/12pcs. Tapi di board stated only 12pcs.
Service wise - fast service, sik lamak nunggu. Dlm 5 minit gia dh siap. But in term of taking order, u guys need to improve alot especially to those first time customer. Explain apa yg ada dlm alacarte and set. From what I experienced, tanyak apa yg ada dlm alacarte, cashier madah ada burger & fries only, drink excluded. Tapi bila order sampe, cuma burger. Haaaaa

Long waiting time, poor service & floor management. Waited 1 hour+ for the food during ramadhan and I only got the food 1 HOUR AFTER iftar. Only 1 person manning the counter and floor, repeatedly going to and fro the kitchen and counter then the tables. And disappointingly, despite the hassle to finally get the food the taste is way below par. The chicken is very oily, tastes burnt and very salty. Too salty it's inedible! Like they cooked it in overused cooking oil. Not really something you would expect with the price I was paying. I am a long time customer, but with how everything that happened today I may not be coming back anytime soon....

I was so looking forward to eating burgers at Don's as I enjoyed the burgers i had in Pujut a few years ago. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The burgers were so-so, but most of all, it wasn't hot. The kind waitress helped us heat the burger up in the microwave, but that made the bun soggy, and the meat still wasn't really hot. Thankfully, the microwaving didn't make the fries soggy as well. The fries are also under-seasoned.
For the price I paid, I'd expect a really good burger. However, the most basic requirement of serving up a hot meal wasn't...
