Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Sarawak

here's my honest review so take note .

i thought the service was great but no , i had a bit of a problem when scanning the QR code and that led me to restart my phone ofc so it took a while . one of the staff noticed that i took a long time to order and i was also having lunch alone , she immediately pointed out that i was taking such a long time especially when i said " makan sini " to the cashier earlier .

she said a few things that sort of gave me mixed emotions and it immediately spoiled my entire mood as i was looking forward to having a peaceful lunch all by myself . because of what she said , i then turned back to take a good look at her and she immediately kept quiet , closed her mouth and acted like she said nothing .

sure , the food was great but ouch , lost my appetite halfway through because of what happened earlier .

For the past 2 years, everytime I wanna eat or takeaway pizza i would go here. Never had a bad experience. Food was always great, pizza was always scathing hot and fries always came crispy, service is decent and the toilets are clean.

From what I can tell by the bad reviews, try to avoid the morning staff because they are rude. Instead, come here during lunchtime or dinner because the afternoon staff/evening staff gives you great service.

Although there are a few downsides, the website you use to order can sometimes be confusing and the plates can sometimes be stained with ketchup.

Overall, I recommend you go here if you're nearby and want some pizza. (the pezzo nearby is also good too)

this is unrelated but; we tried going to the new dominos pizza nearby 2 days after it opened, turns out it was only takeaway and it looked like the service was messy. we went back to...

i ordered pepperoni pizza with curly fries and i got at most 5 pieces of curly fries, it cost RM 11 + most of them is burnt ??????? not to mention the watery mushroom soup. All i can say is this is the worst pizza hut to ever exist in miri 👎👎👎👎 i get that ure in a rush but this is not the way for u to treat customers. We paid to get your food and its your job to give the best food to your customers. Never ever...
