Eric Mu'allaf Chinese Food Restaurant — Restaurant in Borneo

Hi admin, I’m writing this not for the sake of leaving a negative review or to chase away potential customers from your establishment, but in hopes that you will take it as an improvement to make to your service. Just had dinner here with my family and we encountered issues from ordering food to getting served. The waitress who was taking our order seemed confused and unfamiliar with the menu - had to repeat each of our order a lot of times for her. Usually this wouldn’t be a problem but even after a lot of repeating, she still got our order wrong. The waiting time was also very long. Some of our drinks arrived after we were done eating, and that too we had to ask the servers for them more than a couple of times. Thankfully these issues were made up with the delicious food and without a doubt, we would come again. Hopefully by then, the service would be better 👍🏼

I have no problems whatsoever with food because the food is nice and I'm one of their regular customer whether they knew it or not. I shared to my friends and family regarding their food "Restaurant". Now I have to tell them again, don't go here.

A nightmare. I preordered in advance (iftar was 6.52 p.m.) and most of the foods didn't arrive until 7.10 p.m. I preordered 5 different foods, they forgot to key one of it in the system. The other one didn't arrive after 30 minutes iftar started so I cancelled it. So I only ended up with 3/5 of my order.

Taste: Black Pepper squid was decent. However, everything else tasted horrible, no other way to describe it. The worst of all is the western chicken chop with rice. I have attached a picture of it. As you can see, there was nothing western about the gravy. It was terribly sour and undigestable. Definitely a disappointment considering the long waiting time.
