Yesterday My bf and I went there to take our late lunch, around 5pm like that . When we walk-in to the shop, had one staff stand at the entrance and check our MySejahtera (as usual) . We donât know the shop close at what time . But the staff who stand at the extrance didnât say anything. So we just walk in la. Then we go to the economy food corner to choose some food and the other staff also didnât say they already close. One of the staff who stand inside the food corner just pass noodle to us . And we go to the counter and ask for payment . The other staff lagi (a young lady) inside the counter corner just keep head down and calculate the cashier drawer money and ignore us(I had said few timesâhello missââbayarâ).Then we move back to the economy food corner and ask the staff(an old lady but friendly) how to pay money?the staff who stand at the cashier just keep ignore us. Then the aunty said: pigi saja ,blh lagi bayar. Then we move back again to the counter and this time the staff just only layan us and she look likeä¸çćżto take my money. And keep mention cannot order any beverages. And we only can sit at outside . And when I ate the noodle just realize it already čé ¸. First ,My job also customer service. If the shop already close , just let ur customer know la. Why still allow customer walk in to the store ? If any one of the staff let us knew it , then we will accept and go,come again next time. But after yesterday been treat like that ,direct feel disappointed ady.Next time wonât go this branch anymore .Really disappointed .Fook Yuan branchs Damai and gays street always the best.Good customer service...
Read moreFook Yuen, a cafe not need introduction in KK City, as everybody knows them by heart, trust me. It was first well known for its homemade bread. Having branches in suburbs blooming rapidly.
This one that I visited located between of KK and the industrial area of Kolombong and compact w housing surrounding at Khidmat Area. The place has been evolved so much time to time to cater the needs within its vicinity.
It serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, supper too. Suitable for all background. Many come to enjoy that huge dim sum that now you can be individually RM1.90, some just love the varieties of ready made food from carbs to the side dishes at any hour you wish. They also serve Nasi Lemak and Porridge by having different counters. Another thing that they seem to be very popular of are their very thick Teh C, Milk Tea and Kopi O Ping, you can have them serve in glass bottle now, they even have them chilled. They also serve fruit tea, barley drinks etc
I might say this must be cleanest premise of their by far, and i do enjoy sitting next to the window...
Read moreThis is my second time having "bad time" with Fook Yuen Cafe..bad service. I ordered chicken rice with fried vagetable but after 20minutes having my chicken rice, the other dish (vagetable) haven't araived yet. I went to the counter and ask about it but the staff said "owh the person in charge is handling em...." (the other dish did not came despite asking them again and again even thou' it was paid in advance at the counter) Fook Yuen's management should think of a way how to deal the problem. Staff who were paid to do the job shouldn't play around while working especially with their hp, staff should work as teammates and help other staff when their counter is buzy...Fook Yuen's management pls look...
