What we had today was decent, albeit not extraordinary. The clear soup, while exceptionally clear, might appeal to those who prefer a lighter broth. However, the texture of the fish was somewhat unusual, not necessarily indicating spoilage but possibly due to being farm-raised. The thick, transparent mihun lacked robust rice flavor, although it provided an acceptable texture. The same type of mihun was used in their fried Singapore noodles, which ruined the taste profile. Fortunately, the their fish made ingredients were of decent quality and their signature hainan coffee is worth a try.
