First time visiting this cafe. The food & drinks are decent. No complaints on it. However, I’m a bit dissatisfied with their staff service.

I came by around 9:30pm, so it wasn’t near the closing time but still somewhat “late”. Whilst going through the menu, the girls who are standing behind the counter never greet customers and for some reason they gave off very unwelcoming vibes.

As I’m standing there going through the food menu, I could see the girls kind of giving each other looks. When I asked if the food is still available, only then the cashier tells me the kitchen is closed non-chalantly.

  1. Why do you have to watch me hold the menu fot 2 mins and not say anything if you knew the kitchen was closed?
  2. Why is the food menu still on display if the kitchen was closed? You could’ve put it by the side on top of the cake fridge or behind counter.

With that being said, I made my order.

All was fine until when it’s nearby closing time. My friends and I are left completely shocked when 2 girls came and picked up our cups/glasses abruptly. Nothing was said. The girls just came and collect the cups.

It was very obvious it was a stunt to signal us that the store was closing. But it was done so unprofessionally. They could’ve come and let us know like “Hi, i’m so sorry, but we’re closing soon. So we’re gonna pick up these empty cups first ya”

Instead of abruptly picking up the cups and not saying anything. Didn’t even say thank you when we passed our cups to them.

This cafe have the potential as the environment is good and food is descent. However the staff kind of ruined the vibes. Hopefully they can be more welcoming and warm towards...

Haru boss was a Korean, he is very nice and helpful... Evrytime I bring my friend come he will giving you a polite welcome.

Haru have various of drinks menu, and cakes was very delicious and flavoured. Nvr fail to maintain thier good serving quality.

The latte art was keeping a good work, they put effort to draw on every latte with cartoon. Just simple milk pouring pattern.

The environment was cozy and simple. I like the toilet cleanliness too.

Although it is not necessarily having fruits after our order. But if not mistaken this is the only cafe I went, the boss always served small portion of fruits... which is a great compliment.

Hope u guys can sit back, relax & enjoy your good experience here...

Keep it up...

2017.9.12 The name of the coffee shop really attact me at the first glance i.e. "Haru". Actions speak louder than words and it is so true to feel so warmth when the boss serve you a small plate of free fruits to enjoy the hot cappuccino together. Considered as medium range price for the food and drinks but you will get what you pay for it. The appropriate height of the table and the cozy sofa are the main reasons that you will fall in love to it. Very suitable for business people having a small group of constructive discussion there whilst relaxing your mind. Not yet try the other food. By the ways, the cappuccino is okay in general. Dont forget to give yourself a try to experience...

⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5) Tried Cafe Haru Lintas last week(First time). Ordered the croissant with scrambled egg and a yam latte. • Croissant was a bit oily, but still tasty. • For the yam latte, I requested less fresh milk so the yam taste would be stronger, and they actually fulfilled my request 👏. The yam flavor was there, but got a slight “leafy” aftertaste haha.🥰 Service: Okay and friendly. Cleanliness: Good, no issue. Ambience: The café is quite dim/dark, feels a bit sleepy but suitable if you want to do assignments or some work. Only downside is the price. Almost RM30 for croissant + yam latte feels a bit overpriced.
