Lintas View Hotel — Hotel in Borneo

Im very picky about cleanliness, but this one is very satisfied. The toilet bowl is newly installed and they also installed the BIDET… Yes its is very Muslim friendly and they provided the qiblat direction too.. good job hotel. They will do the room service every day and gave u new towel and topup items. Got the fridge and safe box too. Coffee table and sofa also big mirror. Toiletries provided and topup upon room service. Iron and iron board available upon request. Nice view though and many eateries and shop nearby. Quick service upon check-in and check out. Deposit rm100. The hotel is situated on level 5 and 6. Above shop lot and parking. Im traveling alone and afraid that my room might be situated far away, but thank God it just apposite the reception counter. 😁 but no worries good noise insulation no sound coming from outside the room. So i sleep soundly and comfortably. But the pillow quite hard, but its okay. And the carpet is old, but i understand they are in the progress of renovation.. good job Lintas view thank you for your hospitality. Definitely will repeat on my next...

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights on the fifth floor and it was pretty disgusting. The floor had stains on it, the walls were cracked and chipped, and the bathroom walls had so much mildew built up along the sides and the floor tiling. In addition, the bathrooms would smell like sewage periodically. The only redeeming quality of the room is the bed, which was not bad. ||After a day or two, we started noticing little black bugs crawling around our bathroom. This persisted for a while and so we finally changed rooms to the 6th floor which was slightly better. ||The service is also pretty poor. The front desk staff are not welcoming at all and they never smile. They do not initiate any conversations aside from asking you for a deposit. ||The only benefit of staying in this hotel is the location as it is central to a number of shops and restaurants. ||Overall, this is a pretty gross hotel and you can do better in the area. For a "newer" hotel I'm shocked at how poorly kept it is and how poor the quality of the rooms are. ||I definitely do not...

Booked a family room and it was very spacious with comfortable beds and good water pressure. My elderly parents enjoyed the stay. There are many eateries nearby which include Pizza Hut and Jia Siang Sau Nyuk Mian (pork noodles). RHB Bank is right downstairs if you need banking services. I don’t mind the parking rules (parking with security only at Level 2, if you park at other levels, need to move your car before 7pm). Overnight charges also apply, RM20 for normal visitors, RM10 for hotel guests. You need to pay this fee should you exit the complex after 7am the next day. If you exit before 7am, the normal hourly charges shall apply. My advice: just get the overnight parking, the reception will provide a parking voucher for you to present at the parking counter before exiting. The staff are great as well.
