ate here a few times, food is nice. however customer service is bad.

in the picture, the one i circled was what i got before kena tambah.

i ordered ala carte chicken without rice, and all i got is chunks of chicken meat. it isn't like the standard chicken u usually order. kasi sedia macam cincai ja. i brought up the issue to the workers but instead they talk to me like i am being irrational. how is this fair for the customers? really disappointed. i pointed it out that it wasn't like in the picture, that i get so little chicken and not even close to what the standard chicken is. the response from the worker was "apa kamu order itu kamu dapat" adil kah begini? i paid 4.50 for the chicken and i get little chunks of chicken. if it was a mistake i would understand, but they don't even seem to think that there was a problem. tambah2 lagi mau bagi attitude. another response was, "kamu jangan tengok tu gambar". jadi saya mau tengok mana?? 1st of all, memang makanan tengok dari gambar kan? takkan gambar kau lain, kasi sedia lain?? plus, sya memang tidak dapat apa standard order tu, tapi sya kena anggap mcm sya ni mau pok2 lebih ayam ja. please lah, i am not that cheap. where is ur sensibility? second, ur implying that ur making false advertisment and that customers shouldn't expect what they get from the picture. begini kah bisnes??

people might think "oh hal kecil ja" but so many times sudah yg orang ambil kesempatan ja. kita sebagai pembeli, tidak patut biar sja 'to keep the peace '. ini lah kenapa orang balik2 ambil kesempatan. bukan disebabkan mau keep the peace, u dont speak up.

please don't take advantage from ur customers, tua kah muda, be reasonable and professional.

u might think that i am just 1 customer, tidak rugi bisnes, apa la mau kesah kan kalau hilang 1 customer ja? tapi remember u lose ur integrity. and that is worse than going out of business or losing...

I recently visited Borneo Chicken Rice Donggongon and had a truly satisfying dining experience. I ordered two sets of their Steam Chicken Rice, along with Chinese Tea Ping and Hot Chinese Tea. The steamed chicken was tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned—definitely one of the best I've had in the area. The rice was fragrant and fluffy, soaking up the flavorful sauce that accompanied the chicken beautifully. Every bite felt comforting and authentic, reminding me of home-cooked meals.

What made the experience even better was the attention to detail in the presentation and the generosity of the portions. The Chinese Tea Ping was refreshingly cool, while the Hot Chinese Tea was soothing and aromatic, providing the perfect balance to the meal.

The staff was friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to any requests. I appreciated the clean and cozy atmosphere, which made the dining experience all the more enjoyable.
