KFC One Borneo — Restaurant in Borneo

Today, I was ordering food with my friend. However, this one staff name, Nur Syafikah(i didnt see her name tag but i only saw the name on the receipt), she was taking our order. But the way she takes our order was in a rude manner. Im not sure whether that's her way of talking but when i point out a menu for the second time because i didnt hear the first time when she said that the twister menu is unavailable, she was correcting but in a loud and rude manner , AND with a sarcastic manner as if she wants to let the people know that she's annoyed at me. She said ,"Tiada twister!" Like, miss, please chill. Im not here to get mad at you or being rude to you. But you give such service and expecting people to let it be? Everyone's tired too, and i understand that you're tired. But there's no reason to be rude. And the way we talk to her are in a good manner because we understand its a courtesy to talk to people in a respectful manner , despite age and race. THE WORST kfc ever. Almost never ever have chicken ready, dont even wanna get started on the staff, they’re like doing big kindness by taking our orders! Bruh we are paying or what?
