I'd like to focus on transparency and the systems they have for dine in and take away. I think it's fair how I expected the staff to be transparent regarding the systems they use up front. The staff immediately escorted us to a seating area however they did not ask if we wanted to dine on or do a takeaway. I just feel like the struggle could have been optimised if they had asked and explained how their ordering systems for takeaway and dine in were different from the start. Based on my experience the system they used for the dine in option was arguably innovative but it was also comparatively slow to McDonald's digital ordering system in Malaysia. The staff were helpful at least, so that was a redeemable point in my opinion. The place was neat as well. I think it was thoughful that they had a seperate area for those waiting for take out and those who were going to eat in. So the only things that need improvement would be transparency regarding the systems used for those who come for the first time and the ordering system for dining in. There are many new items which I didnât know that available at Pizza Hut of Malaysia. Regarding this branch of the Pizza Hut, food was okay. It was hot and served in time. Presentation was good. The overall place is clean. Ambience was good. There was nothing negative regarding the place. The staff who came initially to take the order was helpful and good. But once we started eating and we needed something, we had to call multiple times to someone to get a cold drink or refill. After giving the food, they were all gone. That was really strange.
