KFC Plaza Juta — Restaurant in Borneo

Very poor management and services the whole outlet; and here's to why:

Cleanliness zero, every table was dirty and left too long for turnover customers

In the middle of the centre where everyone queue to ordered, the air condition was leaking and left dripping water in the centre floor.

Second batch fried chicken took over 25minutes for the wait, when i was told to wait for 15minutes.

A waitress came with only two pcs of chicken, my sides are not included, she ran down to check my order and came back to ask another receipt, then took my side which is rice and coleslaw, but did not provided me any spoon or tissues

Overall this is the worst KFC i have been to, lack of hygene cleanliness and it feels like its been run without a manager! Poor...

everytime you wanted to eat fried chicken, please come to either KFC or now we have borenos. The KFC in sabah escpecially in kota kinabalu have a lot of variety in quality and quantity. For this place of KFC, i would say just moderate and not bad compare to other KFC, it has wide 1st floor dining place but very tight ground floor dining place. back to the taste, the fried chicken tasted good but not extremely good. there is crispiness and quantity with nice price. the customer services is acceptable and the environment is not the quiet one. The Cashier is friendly enough. therefore, my experience concludes that is is a 6/10 solid...

Bad service..no welcoming greeting to customers..the staff is not alert with customers..the materials ingredients like the chicken unsatisfied like its already 3 days fried chicken but they fry again..The staff too slow in action..Then, I ordered nasi lemak but they put the ordinary menu..I noticed it right after I got home..This outlets should be close..There are more better Kfc outlets more better..The manager even didnt take any action to control situation..really bad..They close the second...
