Yoyo Cafe — Restaurant in Borneo

I been buying through foodpanda but today I came in to order for drinks and there’s this girl at the counter with a funny attitude, in other words, rude. I rarely comment on these but I was shock about the customer service here. As I order and asked about the menu, she replied me in a loud and irritated manner. What a disgrace, to the brand.

I hope the management of such good brand and years of support from customers, will take action in monitoring and guiding staff to communicate. At least some standard to be shown on customer service quality.

I am a regular cust.. some of crew especially CASHIER did not friendly. I dont know if HE is did not like his job OR what but when costumer need something little for example ; half ice or no ice, then he immidietely make annoying face with hateful. Their business hour stated there they closes at 9.30pm. But by the time before 9pm, the staffs have already close and lock us in while clearing up, is this your customer service that you taught your staff??
