McDonald's Tuaran Bypass DT — Restaurant in Borneo

The atmosphere was acceptable but the setup was uncomfortable because the entire row of seats beside the glass panels were hot due to direct sunlight. There were not many tables available so we had to sit at the high stools dining table albeit an almost empty restaurant. Moreover, it was a bit dirty for a newly opened branch.

There were only two self-order-kiosks. Besides having to wait for the ordering machine, the service was slow. We waited more than 15 mins despite McD being a fast food chain. Workers were friendly though.

The food was a disaster compares to other McDonald's branches.

The portion of the food was so small and extremely stingy. The beef patties in the double cheese burger were so thin; the lettuce in the McChicken was not fresh and too little for an extra order; the extra payment for the tartar sauce in the Fillet O Fish as well as the mayo sauce in the McChicken were so sad. I wonder if there'd be any sauce if I didn't pay extra. The McChicken buns were substituted with the soft Fillet O Fish buns, with no sesame seeds on top, without even informing us.

We were so excited when this new branch was being built nearby our place. We thought it would be so convenient for us to buy McD. It was such a disappointing...

I was really glad there’s a new McDonald opening near menggatal area but I’m so disappointed how it ended up.

Service is bad. went there several times through drive thru, order will always take more than 30mins to serve.

I would always claim my freebies with the McDonald’s car sticker. I understand if it’s their first time encountering the car sticker, but the several times I went there, (around 12am and meeting the same cashier) she would always get confused every time I mentioned the sticker.

The worst situation I encountered was them missing one of my order (a coke) and not serving me because they are “closing”. Horrible service.

Unless you’re really patient and rather go to a McDonald nearer to your place, would not recommend this Mcd… better go further abit to...
