My family and I came to dine at the restaurant at 7:30 PM. We ordered the following: • Hawaiian Pizza x1 • Spaghetti Carbonara x1 • Crispy Chicken Cutlet x1 • Aglio Olio Chicken x1 • Gochujang Beef Ribs x1 • Snacks Platter x1

Every single dish was overwhelmingly salty—almost inedible. I requested to cancel the Snacks Platter that hadn’t been served yet, as the previous dishes had already disappointed us and we had no expectations left. However, the staff simply replied, “It can’t be canceled, the kitchen already made it,” showing absolutely no intention to resolve the issue.

I decided to give it a try anyway, hoping it might be better—but it was just as unbearably salty as the rest.

The Gochujang Beef Ribs were particularly bad. The meat was tough and dry, very difficult to chew, and the portion was small—yet it was priced at RM58. The quality definitely didn’t match the price at all!

What made things worse was the poor service attitude. When I asked for a refund, the on-site supervisor, Florence, was completely unhelpful. She just kept repeating the same excuse: “No refunds, because you’ve already eaten it.” My question is—how can we know the food is bad if we don’t taste it? We only tried a few bites before giving up, and they could clearly see that most of the food was left untouched.

The manager wasn’t even at the restaurant—he was communicating with Florence over the phone. When I asked to speak to him directly, Florence said it would take 20 minutes for him to arrive. I honestly don’t understand why a supervisor who can’t solve any customer issues is left in charge of the restaurant while the manager is absent.

Eventually, the manager called me, and his attitude was appalling. He didn’t start with an apology, but immediately asked, “What did my staff do wrong?” I never once blamed the staff—I was clearly talking about the food. After explaining the situation, he still repeated the same line: “No refunds because you’ve eaten.” When I said I couldn’t accept that, he told me again that I’d have to wait 20 minutes to see him. I said I didn’t have that kind of time, and then he, very rudely and impatiently, said, “Well I have to feed my kid—can you be more understanding?” Is this how a manager should speak to a customer?

I told him I also have a family, and that I only return to my hometown once a year—this dinner was meant to be special. Instead, it turned into a complete disaster. The manager became even more rude and raised his voice. When I asked for his name, he snapped and said, “What name? What name do you want?!” with an aggressive tone. Is this professional behavior?

In summary: I absolutely do NOT recommend this restaurant. While the atmosphere may seem nice, it doesn’t make up for the awful food and terrible service. This was one of the most disappointing dining experiences we’ve ever had, and we will...

Came here 2nd time. First time experience is good. But tonight, it was a disaster! Ordered Snack Platter, and it came extremely late (i think i waited for almost one hour!!) and when asked the status of the food, the staff informed that they needed to wait more orders to make in bulk! I mean like why?? Why you must wait??? Plus my friends orders are also messed up too, and the responses are hmmmm.

And when I inquired the status again to another different staff (male staff) when i started to see some table orders who ordered later than me arrived already, yes i was angry because i am hungry and tired from hard work and yet the staff responded in an unproffesional way. Oh god! You tell me to “calm down”?? Instead, you can respond “sorry miss please calm down bla bla bla”. Where is the mannner????? where is the effective/ proper way of communication??

Sorry, i need to write in this such way since I need to address this out. Please improve...

Foods are subjective.

The avocado smoothie is absolutely tasty.

The pasta is just okay in terms of taste.

The fried mihun were very greasy.

The rest were just average.

Additionally, the restroom is located outside, which is quite inconvenient, especially since we visited on a day with heavy rain. Accessing the restroom was nearly impossible without getting soaked.

No main awning at the entrance also left visitors wet while waiting for their transportation during heavy rain.

Nevertheless, the ambiance inside the restaurant is beautiful and highly recommended for those seeking...
