Saw all the good reviews here and a friend recommended the place so went there to try but the service is seriously disappointing. Food was ok but not the best. Would like to give them the benefit of the doubt when the staffs did not attend to us due to the big crowd so I took the initiative to request for a seat for 3 and to place an order. Had some miscommunication there and also during the ordering where I said to include everything but many ingredients were missing when the dishes came. The most disappointing part was when the staff slightly threw the utensils and some condiments on our table. I could be understanding with the human error and miscommunication, however I think that no matter how busy you are, it’s extremely rude to be throwing things at your customer’s table. I was about the leave at first however one of the staff did begrudgingly apologize and our food had completely arrived so I stayed for the meal. I would say one thing though, the experience wasn’t any better after that so if the service was not good at the start, just leave cause it won’t get any better after that. Don’t stay any longer unless you want to be having an awkward meal with the staff intentionally or unintentionally bumping into you every once in a while. Or maybe bring a bigger group in the future? I’m not sure how they rank their customers but this will be my last...

Both the dry version and soup version of bak kut teh are available here. Plain white rice and yam rice are available too. Lettuce and choy sum dishes are served here too. The bak kut teh dishes are served in clay pots. The standard of the bak kut teh is good. The standard bak kut teh comes with straw mushrooms and bean curd skin. Pork intestines and pork stomach are also found in their standard portions.

One of the best Bah Kut Teh shops in Melaka. Been here multiple times for lunch. Ordered the normal bah kut teh with the 3 layer pork and without intestines. As well as the dry bah Kut teh. The yam rice is also well made. Very fragrant and fits well with the bah Kut teh. The you Tiao also always compliments the dish well. The staff extremely friendly and helpful when not sure what to order. Pricing are mid range but not to expensive. The food portion is well worth the price enough to feed a family for a very good price. Will definitely visit more often as it closes early due to high customer demand. They will close when their soup and stock finishes for the day. Amazing food to fulfil my cravings. Kudos to all and keep up...
