Restoran D'Lauk by El Mashia — Restaurant in Hang Tuah Jaya Municipal Council

I recently visited Restaurant D'Lauk EI Mashia after discovering it through a Google recommendation, and I must say, I was impressed! I’ve been frequenting a nearby restaurant at MITC for a while, but I wanted to explore more of what the area had to offer, and I’m so glad I did.

The food here is absolutely delicious, offering authentic masakan kampung from Negeri Sembilan. I tried their tempoyak, sambal belacan, petai, cincaluk, masak lemak ayam, and a few dishes cooked in masak lemak cili padi, and each dish was packed with flavor. I wish I could try everything on the menu! The quality and authenticity of the food really stood out, with a perfect balance of bold, traditional flavors that left me wanting more.

Their specialty: Tempoyak (fermented durian paste) Salai (smoked) Masak lemak/gulai kuning (coconut milk & turmeric)

Taste flavourful with not too spicy. They are friendly. The price is reasonable. Steps: Fill up your rice in a plate then choose your favorite dishes then go get ur seat. Some dishes show price in serving (that's great for customer) Ice drinking water is available for free.

We were here on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. Kedai nya ramai, I guess their customers base is certainly huge. Lauk pauk nya sedap, staff semua very friendly. Siap tanya pendapat customers on their food. There is also a satay stall. Quite tasty but it is slimmer comparing the average satay of the same price.
