The service at this hotel was really disappointing. When we first arrived, there was no staff at the counter we had to wait quite a while even though one of the staff (an aunty) saw us but continued chatting with someone else instead of attending to us. After a few minutes, she finally came over. Even though we had booked our room in advance, they gave us a different one, saying the original room wasn’t cleaned yet. The system they use is still manual, and it took a long time for them to find an available room. The management seems very poor. On top of that, the pillows provided were dirty and smelly.
