I have been frequenting Maco's various outlets for almost 10 years - and each visit never fails to disappoint. Lovely new outlet with the same high quality of cakes that I have come to love.

My Fav? The Tiramisu

However, things seem to have changed. First, shrinkflation seems to have hit Maco as well as the cakes are now smaller.

Second, is the service at this outlet. The staff are not properly trained. We had a table.of 8 and when our orders came they simply placed all our orders at a corner of the table and expected us to distribute the items ourselves. They did not even bother to explain what each order was so that we could allocate the orders accordingly.

When we asked, the tall lady who served us she impatiently rattled off the names without indicating what the corresponding cakes were.

I recently tried the Mille Crêpe Cake, and it was absolutely delightful. The cake is made up of numerous delicate layers of crepes stacked with light pastry cream in between—each bite felt like it melted in my mouth. The texture is soft, smooth, and slightly chewy in the best way, with a perfect balance of sweetness.

What I really appreciated was how the flavor wasn’t overpowering. Whether it’s the classic vanilla or something more unique like matcha or earl grey, the cream complemented the crepes beautifully without being too rich. It’s elegant, light, and feels like a luxurious treat without being too heavy.

I brought my cousins from Singapore here and they were delighted!

The food wasn’t disappointing, it looked like what it portrayed in the menu, tasted great too, the portion is also quite big. The drinks were really premium quality, they’re thick and very creamy. The crepe cake is a must try! My cousins even commented that the taste is as great as Lady M!!
