Yesterday I and my husband went there for dinner,staff don't want open mouth and and ans when we asked questions.We ordered buttermilk chicken, the chicken was spoiled and smells bad,we complained but the service staff and kitchen person said cannot prepare the food because kitchen closed, but it just 8.45pm only, but when I refused to pay for the spoiled food they very fast changed my food to the crispy chicken,we spend almost Rm100 at this Secret Resepi Aeon Taman Universiti with disappointed with the service of the staffs over there who really have attitude problems,they didn't apologies to us for the incident happened,.We really unsatisfied with quality of the food.The chicken was spoiled but they didn't noticed or checked the food before give out for customer, it's can cause food poison and health issues because lack of the Manager or the kitchen in charge,In these case the entire management must take serious action to protect their customer's health and their own business.We have proof,the bill,also can check the CCTV footages.Once again,a humble request to the management pls take further...

The management is absolutely terrible. There were a few staff members around, yet none of them bothered to serve the customers. I waited an hour for my coffees, only to realize they were just sitting on the counter because no one cared to do their job. Then I ordered a slice of cake, and had to ask about it—only to be told it was sold out. Seriously? No one thought to inform me earlier?

When I asked why I wasn’t told, the staff just shrugged and said, “Do you want to replace it?” No apology, no accountability—nothing. This kind of disorganized, careless, and unprofessional behavior shows how bad the management is. If the staff can’t handle even basic tasks, what’s the point of...

Its better if the management close this branch. Its a hot day, and we thought it will be good to have some icy cold drink with our meals. Guess what? No ice available and unable to place for any cold drink. Even the bottled water was served at room temperature. Half way thru eating, we were told that ice are now available. So we placed an order of ice blended green tea. Wanna have a second guess? Ice blended is not available too! Even our initial order of salted egg pasta was not available too!
