Around 9 to almost 10 in the morning—not during peak meal time and there weren’t many customers. I was extremely hungry and left early with the intention to go through the drive-thru for breakfast before heading to school, which is a 30-minute drive. Originally, I had more than enough time and wouldn’t have been late. But unfortunately, I encountered this particular branch with extremely poor and slow service.
There were only two cars at the drive-thru, including mine, yet the staff still managed to miss my order. I ended up waiting in my car for 30 minutes before I finally got all my food and had to rush to school. Let me stress, I didn’t order a lot—just a simple set meal. The staff asked me to park at the side and wait. After more than 10 minutes, someone came to collect my receipt. Then they brought me an iced latte that looked like it had been sitting there for a long time. After another 10+ minutes, they finally brought my food.
Meanwhile, I saw other cars behind me get their food quickly and leave. The staff were really “smart”—they skipped my order and prioritized the others, only coming back to mine when there were no more customers. Brilliant. And in the end, they didn’t even return my receipt after taking it—how impressive, destroying the evidence.
To everyone: whether you’re in a rush or not, I suggest avoiding this place if you're planning to go through the drive-thru. It’s a waste of time and fuel. At the end, the staff just gave a weak excuse, blaming another worker and saying, “Sorry, my colleague missed your order.”
Wow—so when an order is missed, it doesn’t get fixed immediately. Customers have to wait 30 minutes until the staff are “free” enough to fix it? What did you need to do—fire up a wok and start deep frying the meal? Are you serving fast food or slow food? The staff’s lazy attitude is honestly astounding. Even during non-peak hours, they’re apparently too “busy” to prepare one simple meal....

So, when the crew present my order, i inform him it’s for takeaway, immediately he gave me the unfriendly look and our eyes meet for a few seconds. I really had retrain myself from making a fuss at the restaurant over his attitude that time. Then he carry my order on the tray to the kitchen, i swear to god that i dont know what he doing and taking too long just to put inside takeaway bag that i had to wait for a few minute later to be packed over 2 simple ala carte items only. If i were given the takeaway bag, i would rather packed myself which only will take a few seconds. I bet during he gone missing for a few minutes just to putting my order inside takeaway bag, he did got double check again my order and realise that his mistake to prepared it dine in because his attitude at last when give my order was slightly different from the first, but still he taking it lightly after provoke me with his attitude, there were no simple sorry from him like it was not a big deal. Really upset so much that day that i am not looking forward anymore to eat the food i buy. I had work for years in F&B before and i can say that cust are not always right.
