1/6/24 dropped in to try their so-called PASEMBOR which is an iconic Northern dish especially Penang, Kedah & Perlis. Turned out very disappointing, everything was wrong & nothing was right. The kuah is already wrong to start with, supposedly a potato-based spicy-sourish-sweet-savorish taste but it’s not … just starchy stuff. The key or core ingredients are all wrong … got to have Cucur Udang (with chunky prawns within), fried Potato, cured Sotong, fried Taukua, hardboiled Egg, lots of julienne Mangkuang (or Turnip) & Cucumber but none in sight. By right, they shldnt hv abused the product branding of PASEMBOR when they are doing it right.

1/10/23 Worst ‘gang’ of Bangla or Indian waiters in the entire JB & even Johor State, they’re behaving like samsengs or gangsters. Never witness so many waiters, like swarm of ‘black ants’ as many as 14 to 16 pax. Many customers had experienced their notorious & very rude services rendered. Either they stare at you in a hostile manner or they are harshed when they speak. Utterly biadap & show no respects at all to our local residents in Malaysia. Wonder why is the boss & Mgmt so blind & deaf to all these complaints which are real & rampantly occuring. Perhaps, same DNA too. Very disappointing indeed. Boss must be either blind...

Problems in the morning, your team is just very very slow in food preparation.

Might as well put a sign if want roti or thosai have to 30-40min.

This in condition where the shop was only quarter full. This is so ridicolous.

I like the food here, its but its not worth the wait to get the food.

Only fast thing can get is nasi lemak or kandar.

Very dissapointed. As this is not the first time… its almost every morning.. there is attempt from your side to improve and fasten the food at all.

I complained to the guy at the counter.zero response or service....

Food wise is good. But service wise is terribly OUT!!!! I waited for min 20-30min for my food to arrive. Not the first time, but the 3rd time!!!! Just a simply menu like Roti Canai will take 20min to serve. And the best part is, not the peak hours and can count, there was only 10pax in the restaurant to eat.. and they practice a new kind of system where they are selling most of the menu as package. E.G; You can't order 1pcs of roti Canai/Chapati, it comes as package 2pcs of Roti/Chapati set.

Must try; Nasi Goreng AYAM / Western Food / Roti Canai .
