Starbucks - Tasek Central — Restaurant in Iskandar Puteri

Was there during the afternoon, quality of the beverages are as expected (good), nice place to just chill or work with your laptops. However, I think there is room for improvements one of their senior staff, the incident was a group of people came and started resetting the tables and chairs so they fit their whole group. While I agree it is quite rude of them, a staff(I believe is a senior staff based on the different uniform) came to the group and told them to not touch the tables and chairs due to sop issues in a very rude way. The group obviously dissatisfied with the staffs attitude talks their way back and they started quarrelling over the counter. Not a good way to solve things in my opinion, the staff should have better customer service understanding and used more mannered words, don't think the incident would happen if the staff just talked to the group about the issue in a calm and...

Wanna order a freshly brewed tea, however the tea bag is placed behind of the counter with a dim yellowish light. I can’t even see the choices of tea bag. So I requested twice to the staff bring it front to me to see which tea bag is available.

The staff name - Haiqal told me just use phone zoom in to see the tea bag instead. To be honest, It is ridiculous to ask your customer use their own phone to find the item and he can’t even help take it front or read it out to me. I was very frustrated and Haiqal don’t give a shit.

It is my second time here, it is really a bad experience with this staff. The previous staff have no issue of brought it front to customer to choose the tea bag. Starbucks should review this...

Came here yesterday. I ordered Pink Drink with Strawberry Acai Refreshers and Chocolate Cream Chip. They were out of receipts, so I did not receive any. But it's okay. When I received my Pink Drink, it did not come with any strawberries at all. I asked the barista why it does not have strawberries, in which they replied it's out of stock. They did not inform me beforehand about it, and only apologised. I was not compensated for it.

The cashier also asked me to buy RM1 reusable straw, claiming that their usual straw is out of stock. Disappointingly, when customers asked for straw at the barista counter, it was available. They hid it at the counter, out of reach from customers.
