I had a very unpleasant experience at Texas Tasek Sentral JB. The staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional, and they clearly need to attend a good communication class. I was standing in line for a long time, waiting to place my order, and no one even acknowledged me. Out of nowhere, a Malay staff member told me to go to a different counter, even though there was no sign or indication that the counter I was at was closed.
Specifically, the Malay girl (Nur Syafiqah) and an Indian girl working there need to improve their communication skills. It’s frustrating to see such poor customer service at an establishment like this. They should really receive better training if they are going to work in customer-facing roles.

Really unbelievable!!!! It was the worst service that I've received from texas chicken... My food was already waiting at the counter for almost 15-20 minutes and no it's an exaggeration because I've been keeping track on time. They didn't even apologize nor they give any explanation for it. One of the worker just stare at me. Before we order at the counter, we ask the cashier a few questions and she was literally playing her damn phone, messaging, looking at her reflection and later dealing with food using that hand of hers. The best fast food here. Come during UNDI time and many people but the staff manage to handle it perfectly with not too long to wait. Very fast and efficient staff. To the owner you should give your staff a bonus and a raise bcoz they work really hard. Environment is very cozy beautiful and clean. As usually the best is free unlimited drink.
