CRABZY SPICY KITCHEN 6.0 JB — Restaurant in Johor

Near to my place ..1 phone given for ordering the food as the staff told us there is no menu , so we need to wait while others order .. later on saw other customer ordering via menu .. we ordered 2 mutton thrivilla sapade and 1 chicken bamboo briyani , we need to reorder many times as the staff taking orders via memorizing system and note writing down or using any gadget .. our orders took very late to arrive .. thruvilla sapade mutton came in tiny pieces with tiny bones in it .. bamboo briyani came with bamboo but in a plate , chicken 65 was charged rm20 but very little portion and salty, drinks came in small mug was unacceptable.. balance curry we ask for take away for both pots which was curry still full with mutton but sadly the mutton curry came so little when we asked the staff that is the curry for both pots .. he said yes and we said impossible as the gravy was a lot and I ask him if the curry was thrown and the staff said yes can’t fit in one container so I throw it .. seriously how come they can throw the food that we paid for I felt this so insane !!! and the curry is given not in Tupperware, don’t mind if they charge for the Tupperware but given in disposable container only .. we need to call the staff many times and repeat it to almost all of the staff there for something.. we were shocked to see the bill as rice was charged for 4 pax which is rm10 and not included in thruvilla sapade when asked the cashier told yes 4 free rice given and this is additional luckily we were alert as didn’t take any extra rice .....

Me and my family of 6 dined at Crabzy on 21st August to celebrate my sister’s birthday. From the start, Mr. Vikram, the manager, welcomed us with a smile and made us feel very comfortable. Initially, we only came to check the menu and compare with another nearby restaurant, but he was patient, never pushy, and allowed us to decide freely.

Even though it was almost closing time, he still accepted us and went the extra mile to recommend shellout flavours that suit the Indian palate and dishes that are great for sharing. When serving, he double-checked everything to make sure it was in good condition.

The food was absolutely delicious, very fresh, satisfying, and full of flavour. I personally liked the Crab Sattisoru and Jizzy Orange. The seafood was really fresh, and overall, the meal was very fulfilling.

Service was amazing. kudos to the team! Mr. Imran was also very helpful and attentive.

A special thanks to Mr. Vikram for his exceptional hospitality. he even made my sister’s birthday extra special by playing Thala songs as per her request. This gesture meant a lot to us.

We will definitely come back again for both the food and the excellent...

Yesterday my friend and I visited Crabzy Spicy Kitchen 6.0, after seeing it on TikTok. We went straight there with high expectations, but the experience was extremely disappointing.

The moment we stepped in, the server didn’t even greet or welcome us instead, she immediately told us there was no shell-out buffet and that the beverage maker was on MC, so no drinks could be prepared. The only option was plain water. What kind of service is that? We were very hungry, so we ordered the Chicken Thiruvila Sapade for 2 pax. To our shock, the portion was extremely small honestly not even enough for one person. They gave us mostly wing parts, chopped into the smallest pieces possible, and just three tiny cubes of chicken. We felt completely regretful. The food portion, quality, and price were not worth it at all. Definitely not going to recommend this place to anyone. We travelled far and came hungry, but left very upset. This will be our first and last visit to Crabzy...
