Extremely disappointed with their bad service and overall I will give 0/10 for their service : the owners showed their gangsterism attitude towards the customer when I asked for my rights to have the uncooked food which is not fair when I pay for it. I went together with my family members to enjoy the meal during our special day and our mood and day was spoiled by them. So irresponsible. I never ever experienced this before in my life. The worst part was, when the main owner( elderly man) was trying to convince me by saying that he would like to replace our food by agreeing their fault but the owners’s son refuse it and shouting at me by using bad words. So bad!!!!! Kluang people do take note : The owner’s son is so racist. He is Hindu Muslim and he misbehave by showing his gangsterism which I can simply said his stupidity level and immature level which shows that he has no enough maturity to handle such a huge responsibilities. The worst food ever! I never ever experienced this kind of nasi goreng pataya in my life at all even in this shop as well. Nasi goreng pataya comes with uncooked white rice together with the egg which is not fully cooked and one piece of chicken.🙄When I asked for my rights as a customer, the owners son said, “ he’s a chef and he knows well more than me how to cook and so; that’s the style of their cook; he can’t do anything; and the most disgusting part was he asked me to bring the food to the counter side if there’s any problem. The worst service ever. I highly suggest the owner’s son to go and learn some manners to treat the customer in future, how to be more polite to the customer, how to handle the conflicts in the restaurant. Otherwise I will highly suggest the owner’s son to close down the shop and work in saree shop may be. So terrible. Very disappointed with their service...

As a kluang folk who have seen the restaurant grows from your father. Sad to say, you are disgracing your father valuable restaurant.

I have tasted your good food before. And it getting worse day by day. As a kluang folk, sometime we could accept that not everyday will be the same. Some day good, some may not. We all pejam mata and still come to your place.

But dear, you have a very bad customer service! Arrogant attitude, irresponsible, disrespectful and gangsterism attitude that is soooo unacceptable.

First time in my life wishing someone else nothing but the worse. Hoping what goes around comes around. Hoping you would be treated the way you treat people. Then you will know langit tu tinggi ke rendah.
