extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Kluang Station. My family and I clearly queued for a table, yet we were rudely accused by staff of not doing so, despite there being no one else around. When we asked about the table, one staff member acknowledged us with an “okay,” but another outright refused to take our order, citing our supposed failure to queue. To make matters worse, the staffs ignored us when we tried to get their attention and deliberately avoided eye contact, which was both unprofessional and disrespectful. This level of service is unacceptable, and I expect better treatment as a paying customer. I urge management to address this issue and ensure it does not happen again to anyone else!!!
Additional: Requested two more sets of bread from the staff, and they told us to wait. We patiently waited for over half an hour, but when we checked in with other staff members, no one bothered to follow up or assist us. Eventually, we gave up. This level of service was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

Read moreA very disappointing dining experience. If the restaurant is understaffed, please don’t set up so many tables — you clearly don’t have the capacity to serve this many customers. The staff were also extremely rude and unprofessional.
We ordered one nasi lemak and one mee siam, and waited for about 30 minutes with no sign of our food. When we approached a staff member to check, he was very rude — didn’t say a word, looked visibly annoyed, and simply snatched our bill away. He was a tall Chinese man wearing black-rimmed glasses. After that, he never returned the bill and gave us no update.
To sum up: while the food might be decent, the service is absolutely terrible. Think twice before dining here if you don’t want to be treated with rudeness...

Travel light as rooms require walking up flight of stairs. My experience here has been pleasant with basic amenities, being close proximity to the town centre and must-try modern kopitiam below. It gets busy during peak hours and for a good reason too, come savour and support this local...
