Marrybrown Kota Tinggi Plaza — Restaurant in Johor

Dear Marrybrown Malaysia Team,

I recently dined at your Marrybrown outlet at Plaza Kota Tinggi, Johor, on February 18, 2025, at 14:36 PM (Check #657018414). I ordered the Nasi Ayam MB Combo (Regular), priced at RM15.50, which included a drinking water.

Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the meal. The chicken pieces were very small, and just four tiny pieces. Even the sliced cucumbers were bigger than that and the portion did not justify the price. Given the price I paid, I expected better value and customer service.

I hope Marrybrown Malaysia takes this feedback seriously and addresses these concerns to ensure better quality food and service in the future. I would appreciate a response regarding this...

I had a great experience at Marrybrown Kota Tinggi Plaza! The restaurant was clean, the food was fresh and delicious as always, and the service made the visit even better. I was served by Hawa, who was incredibly friendly, attentive, and polite. She made sure my order was perfect and served with a smile the whole time.

It’s always nice to be greeted with such warmth — it really makes the dining experience more enjoyable. Thank you, Hawa, for the excellent service and kindness! Definitely one of the best Marrybrown outlets I’ve been to. 👍🍗✨

i didn't eat at here btw when i taking 3Big Bags that same size as 24" luggage, outside was raining and i cant go into my car with my bags. then a waiter without wearing glasses tell me that can hlp me to take care my bag and i go to drive my car move to the entrance. after i move my car to entrance he still hlp me to put my bag into my car❤️ really lovely waiter...
