Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Johor

No work ethic among the workers. They literally screaming their friends name from the cashier counter to the kitchen. And the services is daaaaaaamn slow. I wait for 2 hours for only cheese deluxe pizza and take away costumers get better services than people who dine in. Its not like this is my first visit but it getting worse and worse . So if you really craving for pizza i would not suggest you...

Very very bad service attitude, take-way only accept order by QR-code? my wife ask the counter lady are we able to order manually , she said can't and turn-away with unwillingness.

As usual we dine-in previously and food everything was okay, this time the worst experience we have.

Customer service is friendly. The place is cozy and children friendly. Ample parking space during weekdays. Facility can be improved especially dining area nearby the kitchen. Customers are able to hear very clearly staff conversations and kitchen activities which may be annoying when the customers are trying to enjoy...
